We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Stylist Hairdresser to join our salon team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair cutting, styling, and coloring services. As a Senior Stylist, you will also play a key role in mentoring and supporting junior stylists, contributing to their professional development. Client satisfaction is paramount, and your ability to lead client consultations to understand their preferences and style goals will be crucial. Your responsibilities will extend to staying abreast of industry trends, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and actively contributing to salon revenue through effective upselling and client retention strategies. A valid cosmetology license, proven experience as a Senior Stylist in a salon, strong communication skills, and leadership abilities are essential for success in this role.
